Sites of special interest:

Our former pastor, Blessed Father Francis X. Seelos, has a site dedicated to making him better known as his beatification nears!

St Alphonsus Parish was founded by the Redemptorist Congregation, of which our pastors, St John Neumann and Fr Seelos, were members. Much information on this Order can be found at The Redemptorist Heritage.

St Alphonsus Parish has been conducting, for many years, the Perpetual Novena in honor of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal; this is a wonderful site for this Novena and many beautiful prayers.

For Daily Prayer with the Church:

Fortunately we can access some of the riches of the Church's daily liturgical life--the daily Mass and daily prayers and readings from the Liturgy of the Hours on some internet sites.

For some of the prayers of the Liturgy of the Hours and some of the beautiful readings, visit and pray at Universalis.

For a lovely meditation on the daily Mass gospel reading of God's Word, visit and pray at Daily Gospel Reflections (and you can sign up to get these reflections sent to you in daily email!).  The same daily reflection is on the CIN site.

Another site which follows the liturgical calendar with reflections on many of the feasts and saints remembered can be found at the rich and inspiring Catholic Information Network (CIN) which also offers many interesting and popular Mailing Lists for discussion and exchange.

General Catholic Links:
